          `collapsed' if a node have some children.
        * src/grouplistdialog.[ch]: new. Newsgroups can be selected from
          the list.
        * src/news.[ch]:
          news_get_group_list(): new. It returns newsgroup list.
          news_remove_group_list(): new. It removes newsgroup list cache.
        * src/folderview.c: folderview_new_news_group_cb(): call
          grouplist_dialog() instead of input_dialog().
